One Mitt Wonder

Jake Gott ~ Mittigator
Just saw Romney's interview with Sean Hannity and I was inspired...to change the channel, but as I could not locate the remote I endured something that even Michael Mukasey would call torture.

He was that close to making all Democrats proud, then he was elected governor
There are moments when the ideal seems possible—and then the rug is pulled out. From all accounts, New York Governor Eliot Spitzer seemed like that ideal. On a wave of hope and optimism, Spitzer rode his popularity from his time as Attorney General to a governorship with 70 percent of the vote. New Yorkers, a naturally cynical people as we all know, dared optimism and hope in a candidate that seemed real, a Democrat they could believe in. Any parallels come to mind?
